鹿羊乳癖康颗粒对大鼠和小鼠的抗炎镇痛作用

摘　　要：目的观察鹿羊乳癖康颗粒对大鼠和小鼠的抗炎镇痛作用。方法用大鼠塑料环法评价药物的抗炎消肿作用;小鼠电热板法评价其镇痛作用。结果连续给予鹿羊乳癖康颗粒3周,低、中、高剂量组对大鼠塑料环肉芽肿有显著的抗炎作用(P<0.05),抑制率为38.05%。3个剂量组在3个时间点处,小鼠的痛阈值与其用药前以及生理盐水组比较,均有极显著性差异(P<0.01),有效剂量为2～8g·kg-1。结论鹿羊乳癖康颗粒有较好的抗炎、镇痛作用,治疗作用有明显的量效依赖关系。OBJECTIVE To study the therapeutic effects of Luyang Rupikang granules on anti inflammatory, and analgesic effects on rats and miee, and provide some evidence for clinic assay. METHODS The anti inflammatory and detumescence, analgesia effects of Luyang Rupikang granule were assessed by the methods of plastic ring granuloma in rats and hot - plate in mice, respectively. RESULTS After 3 weeks of treating the granuloma hyperplasia with Luyang Rupikang granule ,the treated groups was dramatically inhibited at high and middle dose（ P 〈 0.05 ）, and obviously antiinflammatory effect（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Its inhibition rate was 38.05%. In hot - plate test, Luyang Ruplkang granule had significantly increased the pain threshold of mice （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. CONCLUSION Luyang Rupikang granule has good anti inflammatory and analgesic effects. Moreover, dose - effect relationship was observed among three doses. Its analgesic effect on mice is superior to positive control drug Rujiling granule.
