摘  要:目的建立测定复方苯甲酸酊中苯甲酸和水杨酸含量的方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Kromasil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-1%冰醋酸(47:53),流速为0.8ml·min-1,检测波长为225nm。结果苯甲酸24.03~120.12mg·L-1的线性良好(r=0.9997),平均回收率为100.66%,RSD=0.70%;水杨酸12.01~60.02mg·L-1与峰面积的线性良好(r=0.9992),平均回收率为100.06%,RSD=0.78%。结论所建方法简便、快速、准确,可作为复方苯甲酸酊的质量控制方法。OBJECTIVE To determine benzoic acid and salicylic acid in Compound Benzoic acid tincture by RP - HPLC. METHODS The chromatographic conditions were as follows: Kromasil C18 column (250 mm × 4. 6mm, 5 μm) , methanol and 1% glacial acetic acid (47 : 53 ) as mobile phase, a flow rate of 0. 8 ml.min^-1 , detection wavelength of 225 nm. RESULTS The linear range of calibration curve of benzoic acid was 24. 03 - 120. 12 mg.L^-1 (r = 0. 9997 ). The average recovery was 100. 66% with RSD of 0. 70%. The linear range of calibration curve of salicylic acid was 12. 01 - 60. 02 mg. L^-1 ( r = 0. 9992). The average recovery was 100. 06% with RSD of 0. 78%. CONCLUSION The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of Compound Benzoic acid tincture.
