摘　　要：目的建立测定三乌胶中2,3,5,4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(THXG)含量的方法。方法采用HPLC法,用Hypersil C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水(20:80);柱温为室温;检测波长为320nm。结果方法精密度和准确度良好;THXG进样量0.55～2.75μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.45%(RSD=1.1%)。结论所建方法专属性、重复性均好,可用于三乌胶中THXG的含量测定。OBJECTIVE To develop a method for the determination of 2,3,5,4＇ - tetrahydroxystilbene -2-O-β-D- glucoside （THXG） in Sanwujiao. METHODS HPLC method was used with Hypersil C18 column. The mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrilewater （20 ： 80）. The column temperature was room temperature with the detection wavelength at 320 nm. RESULTS The precision and accuracy were fine. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 55 - 2. 75 μg for THXG （ r = 0. 9999 ）. The average recovery was 98.45 % with RSD of 1.1%. CONCLUSION The method is selective and reproducible for the determination of THXG in Sanwujiao.
