藏药材在鸡胚成纤维细胞体系中安全浓度的测定

摘　　要：用MTT法测定了藏菖蒲、红景天、决明子、灵芝菌盖、灵芝菌柄、龙胆、天冬、降香、乳香、仁青芒觉、二十五味珍珠丸和二十五味松石丸12种藏药在鸡胚成纤维细胞(CEF)培养体系中的安全浓度。结果表明,各藏药的最大安全浓度分别为红景天31.25μg/mL,天冬、降香、决明子和二十五味松石丸为62.5μg/mL,乳香为125μg/mL、二十五味珍珠丸为250μg/mL,藏菖蒲和灵芝菌柄为1000μg/mL,龙胆和仁青芒觉为2500μg/mL,灵芝菌盖为5000μg/mL;藏菖蒲在1.954～500μg/mL、天冬在1.954～15.625μg/mL、决明子在1.954～3.907μg/mL、灵芝菌柄在1.954～7.813μg/mL、仁青芒觉在19.54～1250μg/mL、龙胆在312.5～625μg/mL范围内能显著促进细胞生长。The safety concentrations of twelve Tibetan herbal medicines,Tibetan acorus calamus,Integripetal rhodiola herb,Cassia seed,ganoderma lucidum pileus,ganoderma lucidum stipe,Gentian,Cochinchinese asparagus root,Lignum acronylchiae,Libanotus,Renqingmangjue,Ershiwuwei songshi wan and Ershiwuwei zhenzhu wan on chick embryo fibroblast （CEF） were assayed respectively by MTT method. The results showed that their maximal safety concentrations were Integripetal rhodiola herb at 31.25μg/mL;Cochinchinese asparagus root,Lignum acronylchiae,Cassia seed and Ershiwuwei songshi wan at 62.5μg/mL;Libanotus at 125 μg/mL;Ershiwuwei zhenzhu wan at 250μg/mL;Tibetan acorus calamus and ganoderma stipe at 1 000 μg/mL;Gentian and Renqingmangjue at 2 500μg/mL,ganoderma lucidum pileus at 5 000μg/mL respectively. Tibetan acorns calamus at 1.954 to 500μg/mL,Cochinchinese asparagus root at 1.954 to 15.625 μg/mL,Cassia seed at 1.954 to 3.907 μg/mL,ganoderma lucidum stipe at 1.954 to 7.813 μg/mL,Renqingmangjue at 19.54 to 1 250 μg/mL and Gentian at 312.5 to 625 μg/mL promoted the cell growth significantly.
