摘  要:研究了含小孔铁磁平板单向拉伸时应力集中状况与漏磁场分布的关系。测量了在不同拉应力作用条件下漏磁场分布的规律。对漏磁场的分布关系、漏磁场坐标变化率的分布规律,与理论上应力、应力坐标变化率的分布关系进行了比较和分析,发现存在很有应用价值和理论价值的内在规律,可为铁磁试件应力集中程度的磁性方法检测提供借鉴作用。Relationships of leakage magnetic induction distribution and stress concentration for ferromagnetic plate with pore in center were studied. The distributions of leakage magnetic induction were measured under different stresses. The distributions of leakage magnetic field and its differential for displacement were compared with the results of theory and the related relationships were analyzed. The results can offer reference for magnetic testing of stress distribution for ferromagnetic items.
