摘 要:以黄瓜(新泰密刺)为试材,通过水培方式研究了14(CK)、56(T-1)、140 mmol/L(T-2)3个NO3-浓度处理对黄瓜幼苗生长及Mg、Fe、Cu、Mn、Zn五种矿质元素含量的影响。结果表明:处理12 d后,3个浓度水平的黄瓜株高、叶面积均随处理浓度的增加呈现先增加后下降的趋势;从处理期间元素含量的变化可知,随着硝酸盐浓度的增加黄瓜幼苗根、茎、叶中Mg、Fe和Mn的的含量均有不同程度的下降,而Cu的含量则有不同程度的增加,Zn的含量则是先增加后下降;相关性分析表明,硝酸盐处理下黄瓜幼苗生长与Zn、Fe、Cu含量显著相关,其中与Zn为正相关,与Fe、Cu为负相关。With cucumber variety Xintaimici as material, the effects of three nitrate concentration levels, 14 (CK), 56 (T- 1 ) and 140 mmol/L (T- 2), on growth and mineral element content of the cucumber seedlings were studied by hydroponic culture. The results showed plant height and leaf area of cucumber seedlings increased firstly and then decreased with the increasing of nitrate concentration after treated for 12 days, but the content of Mg, Fe, and Mn in roots , stems and leaves decreased while the Copper content increased and the Zinc content increased firstly and then decreased. The correlation analysis indicated that the growth of cucumber seedlings was positively correlated with Zinc content but negatively with Ferrum and Copper.
