摘　　要：为探讨影响婴幼儿智力发育的因素. 方法 对304名1990～1991年期间出生的婴儿进行3年发育纵向观察和指导,对其中的发育迟缓者,指导家长开展早期干预. 结果 多元线性回归分析结果显示,影响本组婴幼儿智力发育的因素有:胎龄<37周,随访指导次数、性别、出生体重<2500克、父亲文化程度、母孕期父亲吸烟、母孕期疾病、新生儿高胆红素血症、新生儿缺或缺血性脑病,胎龄≥42周,新生儿期其它重症疾病. 结论 婴幼儿期智力发育受到生物医学、社会环境及教育等多种因素的综合影响.to search for factors influencing mental development of infants and toddlers. Methods A 3 years longitudinal investigation was conducted on the physical and mental development of 304 infants born in 1990-1991. Parents were given directions to promote the total development of their children,especially for the retarded ones, for whom methods of early intervention were offered to their parents. Results The results of multiple linear regression analysis revealed that factors influencing mental development of this group of children are as follows: (1)gestational age <37 weeks;(2)times of examination and supervision; (3)sex; (4)birth weight; (5)father's educational level;(6) father smoking during mother's pregnacy; (7) maternal diseases during pregnancy; (8) neonatal hyperbilirubinemia; (9) neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy; (10)gesta-tional age≥42 weeks and ; (11 )other serous neonatal disorders. Conclusion the mental development of infants and toddlers were influenced by multiple factors related to biomedicine, social environment and education.
