布水不均匀性对斜管沉淀池临界沉速的影响  被引量:13

摘  要:根据斜管沉淀池的姚氏特性参数,通过改变沉淀池的结构参数,分析了布水不均匀性对沉淀效果的影响,对确定原水条件下的斜管沉淀池结构设计具有一定的指导作用。研究结果表明,随着长宽比的增加,絮体的沉降效果和出水水质逐渐变差;且当q为10m3·m-2·h-1和20m3·m-2·h-1时,L/B分别大于5和3时,下滑絮体的受力F合几乎为0,固液分离效果受到严重影响;随着布水区高度h1的增大首管的临界沉速逐渐减小,适宜的布水区高度h1为1.2~1.6m;随着斜管管径d和表面负荷q的增大,首管临界沉速与沉淀池平均临界沉速差值(Δ(uF0-u0))逐渐加大。Inclined settling tank is the important solid-liquid separation units used in water treatment processes, and so, the problem about the uniformity of water distribution is paid more attention in recent years. In former paper, author analyzes the uniformity of water distribution in qualitative and qualitative way. However, few researchers paid much attention on how uniformity of water distribution influences the settling efficiency. Based on Yao's special parameters about inclined settling tank, the effect of the configuration parameters on settling efficiency was analyzed, which is theoretical director for the design process with some raw water. Results showed that the settling efficiency of flocs and the settled effluent will be worse along with the increase of L/B. With the conditions of q=10 or 20 m^3·m^-2·h and L/B bigger than 5 or 3, the total force on the sliding flocs is nearly equal to zero, which influences its separating effect badly. Critical settling velocity of the first inclined tube will reduce with a bigger number of h, which is the height of water distribution area, and the feasible h, will be 1.2-1.6 m. As a same result, the difference between critical settling velocity in first tube and the average u0 (which could be showed as △ (uF0-u0))will be larger along with a bigger diameter (d) and surface load(q).
