摘　　要：目的:探讨胆肠Roux-en-Y吻合术后的再手术常见原因及围手术期处理要点。方法:对22例胆肠Roux-en-Y吻合术后再手术患者临床资料进行分析总结。结果:22例无手术死亡。术后并发肝肾功能异常9例,厌食营养不良6例,并发胆漏2例,膈下感染1例,切口疝1例。随访18例患者,15例情况良好。结论:吻合口狭窄、结石复发和胆管炎反复发作是再手术的主要原因。围手术期处理应强调术前正确评估,术中努力解除病因、通畅引流,术后加强监护支持和随访。Objective：To investigate the common reason and management of reoperation after Roux-en-Y cholangioenterostomy. Methods：22 cases of reoperation after Roux-en-Y cholangioenterostomy were analyzed and summarized. Results： Among 22 cases, no case was dead after reoperation. 9 cases were complicated with abnormal liver and gall function. 6 cases were complicated with food tired and poor nutrition. 2 cases were complicated with leak and 1 ease was midriff infected. 15 cases were good among 18 cases of follow-up. Conclusion：The reason and indieatio of reoperation should be analyzed correctly. It is important to evaluate the state before operation, wipe off causes and expedite drain during operation, and improve ward, nourishment and follow-up after operation.
