摘 要:本研究通过4个特定运动项目的等动力学测试,分析不同项目在等动力学测试结果中表现出的项目差异和产生原因。发现不同项目运动员在等动测试结果中。表现出不同的数据特点。这是由于不同项目运动过程中阻力类型不同所至。本研究根据不同运动项目阻力来源的不同,大致分为三类:中对抗阻力、自重阻力、机械性阻力。进一步研究发现不能简单地根据等动测试某些指标的大小,评价运动员的力量素质的优劣,而应该结合不同项目的特点,选择最能反映该项目的运动能力的等动力学指标,对其进行有效客观的评价分析和训练指导。同时也看到,由于实际运动和等动测试的内在差异,并非所有项目专项力量素质都可以通过等动力学测试来评价,比如在某些快专项速力量等方面。Four typical sports events with different manners of resistances were tested on isokinetic machine. The differences and characteristics of isokinetic variable tested were examined between these events. Some of results were presented in this paper, such as that the athletes of Judo had larger Peak Torque (PT) while the athletes of Running had larger relative PT, and the athletes of bicycle have the largest value of Torque Acceleration Energy (TEA), etc. Not all of parameters are significant for certain event. The parameters tested from isokinetic machine should be combined with characteristics of sports events to judge the strength abilities of an athlete and some of the strength ability could not be tested or reflected by isokinetic machine.
