新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病补钙前后红细胞膜钙泵活性及红细胞内外钙的变化

摘　　要：新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)补钙前红细胞中钙含量增加,表明HIE时存在钙内流现象,本研究着重证明了,HIE并低钙血症补钙后,血浆总钙增加,但红细胞中钙[Ca^(2+)]浓度变化不明显,而且两者无相关性,说明HIE并低钙血症可以适当补钙.不会造成钙超载而导致细胞损伤.The amount of endoerythrocytic calcium increased before calcium was replenished in case of neonatal HIE, which was showed that an inward flow of calcium was occurs. This was inward was occurs. This was inagreement with the results of former experiments. This research chiefly proved that the total amount of plasma calcium increased in after calium was replenished in the HIe and its complicated hypocalcemia ,but the endoerythrocytic calcium concentration did not change significantely. Besides, they did not have correlation between them. This showed that calcium can be appropriately replenished in HIE conmplicated hypocalcemia without calcium overload which will lead to cell trauma.
