摘  要:目的:了解江苏省高砷水源分布,为制定江苏省地方性砷中毒防治措施提供依据。方法:采用半定量法进行水砷筛查,并对砷含量>0.03 mg/L的可疑阳性样品采用原子荧光法检测。结果:江苏省共筛查水样9427份,其中水砷含量>0.03 mg/L的样品为285份,主要集中在沿淮河、洪泽湖和与安徽接壤的泗洪县和盱眙县。将285份>0.03 mg/L的样品和18份可疑高砷样品进行原子荧光定量检测,结果显示303份样品的砷超标率为72.6%。饮水砷含量最高点在泗洪县的四河乡,达0.333 mg/L。结论:江苏省确实存在饮水高砷地区。Objective:To explore the distribution of the drinking water source with high levels of arsenic in Jiangsu province, and to provide evidence for policy makers to adopt the measure of control and prevention for endemic arsenism. Methods: The water arsenic was screened by half--quantitative methods used fast Test-kit, and the samples over 0. 03 mg/L were detected by the methods of atomic fluorescence. Results: The total screened samples in Jiangsu province with the Test Kit were 9 604, and the samples with levels of arsenic〉0. 03mg/L were 285, which mainly distributed in the areas in Sihong and Xuyi county along Huai River, Hongze Lake, and Anhui province. The 285 samples over 0. 03 mg/L and 18 suspected samples with high level of arsenic were examined by atomic fluorescence; the results indicated that there were 220 samples with high level of arsenic over 0. 05 mg/L in the 303 samples. The highest level of drinking water arsenic was 0. 333 mg/L, which were in Sihe town and Sihong county. Conclusion: It is certain that there are some areas with high levels of arsenic in drinking water in Jiangsu province.
