摘　　要：首先对国内外饺子机生产技术现状进行了概述。介绍了自主设计开发的一种自动饺子生产设备的输馅机构。该机构主要包括绞龙、回转活塞、计量活塞、送馅活塞和压馅活塞等。各部分通过准确配合,完成饺子生产的关键工艺:饺子馅的定量与输送。介绍了采用FLASH技术,对饺子机输馅机构的工作及饺子成型过程进行动态仿真,并给出详细的模拟仿真动画的制作步骤。该技术对确定设计方案、研讨机器的工作过程、验证循环图设计的正确性,进而进行产品结构设计非常有益,具有推广的普遍意义。First summarizes the present situation of dumpling machine at home and abroad,then in-troduces the stuffing-transport mechanism of automatic dumpling machine which is independently de-signed and developed.The mechanism comprises wrench dragon,rotating plunger,measure plunger,feed-stuffing plunger and press-stuffing plunger.The key technique of dumpling machine,which is the measure and transport of stuffing,is fulfilled by all part＇s accurate working.The dynamic working proceeds of stuff-ing-transport mechanism and dumpling forming are simulated based on Flash.The steps of making car-toon are given in detail.It is benefit for confirming design scheme,analyzing the working of machine,vali-dating the working cycle diagram and improving structure design of machine.Therefore,this technique has valuable popularity.
