摘　　要：针对大径高比的矩形截面环件,采用DEFORM-3D有限元软件对辗扩过程进行了数值模拟,分析了以小设备生产大尺寸环件的可行性,为实际生产提供了依据。Numerical simulation of rolling process was simulated by DEFORM-3D software,against the ring of widespread applied rectangle section as well as large aspect ratio.It was proved that the large ring could be produced on small equipment.A foundation was supplied for practical production.
