摘　　要：从切割加工中操作规范、短路故障、工作液浓度、加工材料处理等几方面分析了高速走丝线切割加工中影响钼丝使用寿命的不稳定因素和加工状态,提出了减小断丝故障发生,提高钼丝使用寿命的有效措施。We analyzed insecure effect and working state which affect molybdenum-wire＇s work-life in high-speed wire-cut process on operation criterion,short circuit,working-liquid concentration and processing of material.Further more,we take some measures on reducing breaking-wire and improving molybdenum-wire,s work-life.
