摘 要:目的:探究双峰驼泪腺(主泪腺、第三眼睑上腺和哈氏腺)的解剖学、组织学及组织化学特点,为研究双峰驼泪腺的生理机能提供形态学依据。方法:健康无眼疾双峰驼5峰,对泪腺、第三眼睑上腺、哈氏腺进行大体解剖学、组织学和组织化学研究。结果:双峰驼主泪腺位于眼球背外侧,呈灰白色不规则三角形,腺单位为管泡状,呈PAS阳性、阿利新蓝阳性。第三眼睑上腺位于眼球前内侧面,包裹第三眼睑软骨,呈卵圆形,管泡状腺泡,主要呈PAS阳性。哈氏腺位于第三眼睑上腺底部,腺单位有管泡状腺泡和大管腔腺泡,主要呈PAS阳性。结论:双峰驼泪腺的位置与其他动物相似,而形态学特点有差异,这可能与其生活环境有一定关系;组织化学分析结果表明双峰驼主泪腺为混合性腺,第三眼睑上腺和哈氏腺主要为浆液腺。Objective: To observe the anatomical and histochemical characteristics of the lacrimal glands, including main lacrimal and Harderian glands and superior glands of the third eyelid in bactrial camels (camelus bactrianus) and to provide a theoretical basis for further study on the physiology of its lacrimal glands. Methods: The gross-anatomical, histological and histochemical methods were used in the study of the lacrimal gland, the superior gland of the third eyelid and the Harderian gland in healthy bactrian camels. Results: The main lacrimal gland in the bactrian camels was situated on the dorsolateral to the eyeball and it appeared irregular triangle in shape and light brown in appearance. The gland consisted of tubuloacinar units which were PAS-positive and Alcion blue-positive. The superior gland of the third eyelid in the bactrian camels, situated on anteromedial to the eyeball, surrounding the cartilage of the third eyelid was oval in appearance and had tubuloacinar units which mainly showed PAS-positive. The Harderian gland was located distally from the superior gland of the third eyelid. The gland was composed of tubuloacinar units and large lumen acini lined with cuboidal epithelial cells. The eells of tubuloacinar units showed a positive PAS reaction. Conclusion:The position of the lacrimal glands in the bactrian camels is similar to that of other reported species, but morphological differences exist between species. This may be related to the living environment of bactrian camels. Histochemical analysis shows that the main lacrimal gland of bactrian camels is a compound tubuloacinar gland with mucoserous secretions, and the aeinar epithelium ceils of superior gland of the third eyelid and Harderian gland in bactrian camel are mainly serous.
