摘　　要：目的:探讨反复自然流产患者绒毛、蜕膜和外周血单个核细胞白细胞介素-8(IL-8)mRNA的表达与反复自然流产的相关性。方法:采用半定量逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)技术,检测30例反复自然流产患者(病例组)和30例正常妊娠妇女(对照组)绒毛、蜕膜及外周血单个核细胞内IL-8 mRNA表达水平的相对含量(%)。结果:在绒毛组织中,病例组IL-8 mRNA的表达明显高于对照组;在蜕膜组织中,病例组IL-8 mRNA的相对含量为(68.57±4.73)%,对照组的为0;在外周血单个核细胞中,病例组IL-8 mRNA的表达高于对照组。结论:病例组绒毛、蜕膜组织及外周血单个核细胞中IL-8 mRNA表达水平显著升高,提示IL-8可能与反复自然流产相关。Objective：To investigate the expression of interleukin-8 （IL-88） mRNA in villi, decidua and peripheral blood mononuelear cells （PBMCs） of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion （RSA）. Methods：The expressions of IL-88 mRNA in villi, decidua and PBMCs of 30 RSA patients, as well as 30 normal pregnant women were measured by semiquatitative transcriptional polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR）. Results： In villi, the expression of IL-88 mRNA was signifi- cantly higher in RSA group than that in the control group. In decidua of RSA, the level of IL-88 mRNA was （68.57±4.73）%, and that was zero in the controls. Conclusion： The high expression of IL-8 mRNA in villi, decidua and PBMCs is releated to RSA.
