摘 要:目的:观察神经生长因子(NGF)在卵巢切除大鼠心房后壁心内神经节的表达及雌激素的调节作用。方法:实验动物分正常组、卵巢切除组、卵巢切除后雌二醇替代组,各组动物室温下饲养3周后,进行NGF免疫组织化学显色。结果:各组大鼠心内神经节均存在NGF阳性神经元,该类神经细胞胞体多数呈圆形或椭圆形,大、中、小型细胞均有发现。正常组和卵巢切除后雌二醇替代组NGF免疫阳性神经元约占全部神经节细胞总数的比例分别为61%和64%,但卵巢切除组大鼠心内神经节NGF阳性神经元的数量明显减少,表达明显降低,NGF免疫阳性细胞约占全部神经节细胞总数的比例为28%。结论:心内神经节细胞内含NGF;雌激素可能影响心内神经节细胞的NGF表达。Objective: To study the expression and variance of nerve growth factor (NGF) immunoreactive (NGF-IR) neu rons in the rat intracardiac ganglia. Methods: Eighteen rats were randomized inlo 3 groups: control group, ovariectomized rats and ovariectomized rats treated with 17β-estradiol. After the rats in each group were raised 3 weeks at room tempera- ture, their intracardiac ganglia were detected by immunohistochemical staining. Results: NGF-1R neurons were presented in the intracardiac ganglia of these groups, and the bodies of most ganglion cells were round or oval, including large, middle, and small type ceils. The proportion of NGF-IR ceils to all intracardiac ganglionic ceils in the control group and ovariecto- mized rats treated with 17βestradiol were respectively 61 % and 64%. But the number of the NGF-IR neurons decreased re- markably and their expression reduced significantly in the intracardiac ganglia of ovariectomized rats. The proportion of NGF-IR cells to all intracardiac ganglionic ceils were 28%. Conclusion: NGF is presented in rat intracardiae ganglionic neu- rons and estrogen might have the capacity in regulating the expression of NGF in intracardiac ganglia.
