摘 要:针对脉冲焊逆变电源焊接过程中熔滴过渡可控性差的问题,利用中值波形控制工艺方法,对自行设计的PIC软开关的逆变电源设计了前中值、中中值、后中值三种中值波形工艺试验;对三种控制方法的焊接过程进行了分析和评定,大量工艺试验结果表明:调节适当的中值电流和中值时间,可以使熔滴大小可调,实现一脉一滴的熔滴过渡。三种方法下,中值电流、中值时间变化时,对焊接质量的影响规律有一定区别,但其最佳参数非常接近。In order to improve the control ability of droplet transfer for inverter welding power source,median waveform control methods werepresented.Three kinds of experiments including forward median waveform,middle median waveform and backward median waveform were de-signed based on PIC soft switch inverting power independently developed by authors.The welding process under each experiment was analyzedand assessed.The results show that the ideal droplets size can be obtained by adjusting median current and median time,so the metal transferwith one droplet in one pulse can be realized.The influences of median current and median time on the welding quality are certainly different ineach experiment,whereas each experiment’s optimum median current and median time are similar.
