摘 要:对牛奶中氯霉素残留的检测方法进行了研究,试验结果表明:①应用酶联免疫吸附法,牛奶中添加氯霉素标准品的浓度范围为0.45—4.05μg/L时,氯霉素的回收率为53%-115%;用高效液相色谱-串联质谱方法,牛奶中添加氯霉素标准品的浓度范围为0.05—0.20μ/L时,氯霉素的回收率为52%-118%,两种分析方法的技术指标均能达到检测要求。②在本实验中用酶联免疫吸附法对牛奶中的氯霉素残留量进行初筛(ELISA可有效避免假阴性,杜绝假阳性),进一步用高效液相色谱-串联质谱方法进行定量定性分析。两种方法准确可靠,可用于牛奶中氯霉素残留的检测。The determination methods of chloramphenical residue in milk were studied. The results were as follows: (1)The recovery rate of chloramphenicol was from 53% to 115% by means of ELISA when the concentration of adding chloramphenicol into milk was 0.45 -4.05μg/L, and the one was from 52% to 118% by means of high performancl liquid chromaography-tandem mass spectrography when the concentrotion of adding ehloramphenicol into milk was O. 05 -0.20μg/L. The technical indexes of two analysis methods could be achived their testing requirements. (2)In this experiment, ELISA was preliminarily used to screen chloramphenicol resudue because this method could be effectively avoided the folse negative and positive reaction ,furthermore, the high performancl liquid chroma to graphy-tandem mass speetrography was used to conducl the qusnt;tative and qualitative and/y sis of chloramphenicol. Both methods were accuate and reliable and can be used to determine the chloramphenicol,residue in milk.
