摘 要:论述了棉花纤维发育中激素和相关酶活性对棉纤维品质形成的调控作用。在纤维发育前期,生长素(IAA)、赤酶素(GA3)和玉米素(ZR)有利于纤维的伸长和分化,而脱落酸(ABA)起抑制作用;后期ZR含量影响纤维的粗细和成熟度。在棉纤维发育不同时期蔗糖合成酶(SuSy)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性对纤维品质形成的作用不同,在棉纤维初始和伸长发育阶段蔗糖合成酶均有高活性表达,同时在次生壁加厚阶段,其活性变化会影响纤维素的累积,进而影响纤维强度;而POD活性在纤维发育前期含量低,次生壁阶段升高对品质的形成有利。同时阐述了温度对激素和相关酶活性变化及对纤维品质形成的影响。In this review, regulating effect of hormone and enzyme activity on the formation of cotton fiber quality was discassed. The fiber development's early period, IAA, GA3 and ZR was advantageous to the fiber elongation and differentiation, but the ABA had the inhibition action;ZR contents affected the fineness and maturity in the later fiber development period. The activity of Sucrose Synthase and Peroxidas had different effect on quality formation during the different stage of fiber development, Sucrose Synthase activity had high expression during the fiber initial and elongation stage, the thickening secondary wall stage, change of Sucrose Synthase activity affected the cellouse accumulation and fiber strength; The low activity Peroxidas of fiber development's early period and the high activity of thickening secondary wall was advantageous to the quality formation and expounded the effect of the change of temperature on hormone and enzyme activity and the process of fiber quality formation.
