喀什市境内河流流域生态安全问题及对策

摘　　要：流经喀什市境内河流(克孜勒河、吐曼河和恰克玛克河)流域水生态环境整体良好,但随着城市化进程加快和区域经济的快速发展,环境问题日趋严峻。分析了喀什市境内河流流域水环境的主要生态安全问题,提出生态恢复对策如控制污染源,对工业污染源,城镇生活污染源,规模化畜禽养殖污染源以及非点源污染进行全面治理和控制,实施"水体生态修复"工程,加强水生植物的保护和培育;限制人为因素对水生生物生存环境的干扰,保护水生生态环境等对策。指出建立科学合理的流域生态补偿机制和全流域合作管理模式是解决生态安全问题的关键。The objective of this paper was to investigate the main ecological security problems of internal rivers drainage basin of Kashi City. The results showed that the ecological environment of the internal rivers including Kezil River,Tuman River and Qakmak River generally was fine before, but it is becoming more and more serious day by day with rapid development of urbanization and regional economy of Kashi City. Thereby the pollution sources caused by industry production and life of cities and towns were offered to implement water ecological restoration, to strengthen the protection and development of aquatic plants and restrict human facters to interfere the survival environment of water living things.
