摘  要:以胜利煤直接液化油的窄馏分为研究对象,进行了不同温度条件下各窄馏分表面张力的实验测定,并对已有的石油馏分表面张力与其性质间的关联在煤液化油馏分中的适用性进行了考察.研究结果表明,随环境温度的升高,各窄馏分的表面张力均表现为下降的趋势;在相同测试温度条件下,随窄馏分切割温度的变化,表面张力没有呈现出一定的规律性.煤液化油馏分组成复杂,芳香性及杂原子含量较高,对煤液化油馏分表面张力与其基本性质间的关联不易直接使用石油馏分表面张力的预测关联式,用Matlab 7.0软件进行修正即可达到误差小于10%的要求.Surface tensions of narrow fractions from Shengli coal liquefied oil and their change trend with temperature were measured. The suitability of the correlations of the surface tensions and its basic properties based on petroleum fractions to coal liquefied fraction were also discussed. The results show that surface tensions of coal liquefied narrow fractions decrease basically with the increase of experimental temperature. But at the same experimental temperature, surface tensions change irregularly with the increase of the cutting temperature of narrow fractions. Coal liquefied fractions are complex and essentially unknown mixtures, and they are much more aromatic than petroleum crude. The correlations of surface tension based on the properties of paraffinic / naphthenic crudes maybe introduce large errors for coal liquefied fractions. To satisfy the requirement of engineering design of coal direct liquefaction process, correlations are modified by Matlab 7.0 software and the error is less than 10%.
