摘 要:利用样方法进行野外群落调查,共调查了6个样地,每个样地大小为20m×20m,研究古田山自然保护区针阔叶混交林植物物种多样性特征。结果表明:古田山针阔混交林的科、属、种组成多样性较高,植物种类丰富,组成复杂。群落的属种多样性>科属多样性>科种多样性。从灌木层、乔木层至草本层物种多样性依次递减,乔木层和灌木层的物种多样性指数明显大于草本层物种多样性指数。The community investigation in coniferous broad-leaved forest of Gutian Mountain Nature Reserve was conducted using sampling plot method, every plot was 20 m×20 m. Parameters, such as family-genus diversity, family-species diversity and genus-species diversity were calculated to reveal species diversity characteristics of coniferous broad-leaved forest. Results showed: According to the statistics of 6 plots, the community had a high diversity of family, genus and species, and had a great variety of plants whose composition was complex. The diversity of community decreased from genus-species diversity, family-genus diversity to family-species diversity. In the vertical structure of community, species diversity decreased from shrub, tree to herb layer. The species diversity index of the tree layer and shrub layer were obviously bigger than those of the herb layer.
