摘 要:目的:观察纳米钙补肾中药对氢化可的松诱导骨质疏松大鼠股骨生物力学及骨形态的影响。方法:氢化可的松15mg·kg-1肌注,隔日1次连续8周,诱导建立骨质疏松大鼠模型,纳米钙补肾中药每日上午灌胃1次,连续8周后检测股骨生物力学指标及骨形态计量学指标。结果:纳米钙补肾中药组与模型组相比股骨的最大载荷,抗压强度,轴向刚度,水平剪切刚度均明显增高(P<0.01);骨小梁面积百分数(%Tb.Ar),骨小梁厚度(Tb.Th),骨小梁数量(Tb.N)显著增加(P<0.01);骨小梁分离度(Tb.Sp)显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:纳米钙补肾中药对氢化可的松所致的大鼠骨强度的降低和结构的改变有明显的对抗作用。Objective:To investigate the effect of nanometer calcium combined with tonifying kidney herbs on the changes of bone biomechanics and histomorphology in bydrocortisone--induced osteoporosis rats. Methods: Hydrocortisone (15mg/ kg) was intramuscularly injected every other day for 8 weeks to establish the osteoporosis model of rats. Nanometer calcium combined with tonifying kidney herbs was administered intragastrically once a day for 8 consecutive weeks. After the treatment, femoral bone biomechanics and histomorphometry static indicators were detected. Results:Compared with the model group, the maximum load, crushing strength, axial rigidity and horizontal shear rigidity in nanometer calcium combined with tonifying kidney herbs group were significantly increased (P〈 0.01) ;Percentage of trabecular bone area ( TboAr), trabecular thickness (TboTh) and trabecular bone volume (TboN) were markedly increased (P〈0.01) ; trabecu lar bone separation (TboSp) was significantly lowered (P〈0.01). Conclusion: Nanometer calcium combined with tonifying kidney herbs can improve bone strength and reduce the structure changes in hydrocortisone--induced osteoporosis rats.
