摘  要:目的探讨血浆RAAS(肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统)变化在有氧运动防治大鼠代谢综合征(MS)中的作用。方法8周龄雄性Wistar大鼠,分别给予普通膳食、高脂高盐膳食、普通膳食加游泳和高脂高盐膳食加游泳处理,每4周测1次体重和尾动脉血压,24周后用放免法测定血浆血管紧张素Ⅰ、血管紧张素Ⅱ和醛固酮浓度,取心脏称重,并计算心脏指数(心脏重量/体重)。结果高脂高盐膳食组体重、血压及血浆血管紧张素Ⅰ、血管紧张素Ⅱ水平较其他各组的显著增高,但醛固酮水平没有显著变化;普通膳食加游泳组、高脂高盐膳食加游泳组和高脂高盐膳食组的心脏重量显著大于普通膳食组,且普通膳食加游泳组和高脂高盐膳食加游泳组的心脏指数明显大于普通膳食组,但高脂高盐膳食组与普通膳食组的心脏指数无显著差别。结论高脂高盐膳食可诱导大鼠发生MS,有氧运动可防治MS的发生,这可能与静息状态下血浆肾素-血管紧张素系统活性降低有关。Objective To study the role of changes of serum RAAS ( renal-angiotensin-aldosterone system) levels in the prevention of metabolic syndrome in rats by aerobic exercise. Methods Wistar rats, aged 8 weeks, were treated with routine diet (RN), high fat and salt diet (HN), routine diet plus swimming (RS), and high fat and salt diet plus swimming (HS), respectively. Body weights and tail arterial blood pressure were measured every 4 weeks. 24 weeks later, serum angiotensin I (Ang I), augiotensin II (Ang II) and aldosterone (Aldo) levels were measured with radio -immunoassay; the heart was removed and its weight measured, and the cardiac index (ratio of cardiac weight to body weight) was calculated. Results The body weight, blood pressure, and serum Ang I and Ang II levels were all significantly increased in the HN group in comparison with other groups, but the aldosterone levels were unchanged. The cardiac weights in the groups of RS, HS and HN were significantly larger than that in the RN group, and the cardiac indices in the groups of RS and HS were significantly higher than that in the RN group, but there was no significant difference in the index between the HN and RN groups. Conclusion High fat and salt diet could induce metabolic syndrome in the rat, and aerobic exercise could prevent the development of metabolic syndrome, which might be related to the decrease of the RAAS activity at rest.
