摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜联合纤维支气管镜、开腹胆道取石器械治疗胆总管结石的可行性。方法回顾性分析我院近5年腹腔镜联合纤维支气管镜、开腹取石器械治疗胆总管结石的26例临床资料。结果手术均获得成功,无中转开腹,无胆总管结石残留。结论在无胆道镜的基础医院,腹腔镜联合纤支镜治疗胆总管结石是实用安全可行的。Objective To explore the feasibility of treating choledocholithiasis by laparoscopy combining with fibrobroncboscopy and the instrument of taking out stones. Methods We retrospectively studied the clinical data of 26 cases with choledocholithiasis treated by laparoscopy combining with fibrobronehoscopy and the instrument of taking out stones in our hospital for five years. Results All operations were successful, no open operation was needed and no postoperative remanent stones of the common bile duct. Conclusions The treatment by laparoscopy combining with fibrobronchoscope is safe and effective for choledocholithiasis.
