摘 要:目的探讨轻型和中型脑损伤的脑干听觉诱发电位(Brain Auditory Evoked Potential,BAEP)特征。方法对性别、年龄和受伤时间匹配的19例轻型和20例中型脑损伤伤者进行脑干听觉诱发电位检测,比较两者之间的电生理特征。结果轻型和中型脑损伤的脑干段电反应异常率、绝对潜伏期(Peak Latency,PL)、峰间期(Interpeak Latency,IPL)以及BAEP分型差异均无显著性意义。结论轻型和中型脑损伤伤者不仅存在脑干功能障碍,而且具有相同的电生理特征。Objective To study the BAEP changes on patients with mild and moderate craniocerebral injury. Methods 19 patients with mild eraniocerebral injury were studied with hrainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP). The data obtained were analyzed in comparison to those achieved in 20 patients with moderate craniocerebral injury matched in gender, age and injury time. Results There were no significant differences in the abnormal ratios of brainstem pathways of BAEP, PL, IPL and types of BAEP between patients with mild and moderate cranioeerebral injury. Conclusion Brainstem was injured in patients with mild or moderate craniocerebral injury. It has the same electrophysiological characteristics in both cases.
