摘 要:使用对树木快速无损的检测仪器——Pilodyn,研究了日本落叶松9个家系间活立木材性的遗传差异,室内测定了整株木材基本密度(Db)和木材外侧基本密度(D0),对Pilodyn测定结果与木材密度作了统计分析。结果表明:日本落叶松9个家系的Pilodyn探测值(Pn)、外侧木材基本密度(Do)和整株木材基本密度(Db)都是34号家系最大和32号家系最小。9个家系的平均值按照尸h升序,Do和Db降序的方法分别进行排序,得到的排列次序基本一致。通过3个指标对9个家系进行方差分析的结果表明,Pn、Do和Db在日本落叶松9个家系间都存在极显著遗传变异(P=0.0003~0.0028)。对日本落叶松3个指标砌、D0和D6的表型相关和遗传相关分析表明,Pn与伪呈极显著的负相关(-0.6918、-0.8142);Pn与D6也呈极显著的负相关关系(-0.6706、-0.9093)。Pn、Do和珊的家系平均遗传力分别为0.45、0.46和0.43;Pn、Do和Db的单株遗传力分别为0.28、0.33、0.26。使用h进行方差分析和遗传参数计算的结果与使用肼或D0进行各种计算的结果基本一致,因此,在日本落叶松上使用Pilodyn探测值(Ph)代替外侧木材基本密度(Do)和整株木材基本密度(Db)进行木材密度的统计分析和遗传参数的计算是可行并可靠的。This paper studied the genetic diversity of wood property among 9 families of the living kaempferi with the indexes measured by Pilodyn, a nondestructive tester. The basic density (Dn) wood basic density(Do) of the increment core of the wood were also measured in laboratory. tree of Larix and the outer Through the analysis of wood basic density and Pilodyn value, the result showed that the family 34 were the biggest and that of family 32 were the smallest in the 9 families of Larix kaempferi for Pilodyn value ( Pn), the outer density (Do) and the wood basic density(Db) . The order of the 9 families was similar by Pn ascending sort, Do and Db descending sort. The result of the ANOVA analysis also showed that there was the remarkable difference in Pn , Do and Db among the families( P = 0. 0003---0. 002 8 ). According to the phenotypic correlation and genetic correlation analysis of the three wood properties, Pilodyn value (Pn) were remarkable negative correlation with outer density (Do) ( -0.691 8,-0. 814 2), Pilodyn value (Pn) were extremely significantly negative correlation with basic wood density(D b) ( -0.670 6, -0. 909 3 ). The family and individual heritabilities of the Pilodyn value (Pn) were 0.45 and 0.28, and the family and individual heritability of outer basic density (Do) were 0.46 and 0.33, and the family and individual heritabilities of basic wood density (Db) were 0.43 and 0.26. Therefore, it was reliable to use Japanese larch Pilodyn value (Pn) to replace the outer density (Do) and the basic wood density (Db) to estimate the wood density genetic parameters.
