摘 要:钢槽丝(或槽骨)主要用于制伞业中.目前,主要因性能优势和成本优势,其使用范围正从以前的单节伞向二节伞甚至三节伞扩展,应用越来越广泛,是伞骨生产的发展方向.钢槽丝成型是槽骨生产的关键,成型模的关键零件是凸轮和凹轮,其设计水平对钢槽丝成型质量具有决定性作用.应用Solid Edge软件建立了钢槽丝成型机构主要零件三维实体模型,应用有限元仿真软件MSC. Visual Nastran对模型进行了有限元静力学仿真分析,获得了相关零件应力、应变和位移的仿真参数及其仿真云图.仿真分析可为钢槽丝成型机构的零件设计提供理论依据,为同类产品的开发和改进提供理论参考.Steel slotware (or slot bone) is mainly used in umbrella industry. Currently, because of its advantages of mechanical performance and cost, the use scope of slotware is expanding from single stanza umbrella to two stanza umbrella and even to three stanza umbrella. Its use is becoming more and more popular. Steel slotware is umbrella slot production development orientation in umbrella industry. The forming of steel slotware is the key technology of umbrella slot production. Protrude wheel and concave wheel are key parts of forming die. Their design level is determinative for forming quali of slotware. First, 3D models of protrude wheel and concave wheel are established in Solid Edge modeling system. Second, finite element static simulation of these two parts is completed in MSC. VisualNastran. The simulation data of their stress, strain and displacement gained. This finite element simulation analysis can provide theoretical reference for part design of steel slotware forming machine, and for the develop ment and improvement of the same kind equipment.
