摘　　要：采用文献资料法,分析了湖南省体育场地资源配置现状与发展途径。研究表明:充分协调和发展体育场地资源优势,有利于和谐社会的构建和全民健身运动的开展。在发展中,必需遵循政府投入与市场运作协调配置,公平优先与资源共享协调发展,以及完善制度建设与法律保障相结合的基本原则。This paper analyzes the condition and developing approach of resources for the physical establishment in Hunan province, on the basis of the literature. Findings show that for constructing a harmonious society and promoting the movement of ＂exercise for everyong＂, we should make full use of the physical establishment resoueces. In the process of the construction of physical establishment, three rules must be implemented： firstly, the investment from the government must coodinate with market economy. Then, the priority of resources utilization must be in accordance with its share. Finally, system and law must be simultaneously completed.
