摘　　要：结合《大理学院学报》的办刊实践,阐述突出学校优势学科,挖掘优秀的地方民族文化资源,办好特色栏目,探索创新管理之路,逐步形成边疆少数民族地方高校学报地方特色的经验和做法。Based on the practice of publishing the journal of Dali University, this paper expounds our efforts and experience in protruding the leading discipline, taping excellent local cultural resources of ethnic nationalities, creating distinctive columns, probing new ways of management, and developing the local characteristics of the journal in the frontier minority nationality region.
