摘 要:通过微电解、Fenton试剂处理难降解有机废水的作用机理,初步探讨了C、Fe、H2O2、NaOH投加量、pH及反应时间对水样处理效果的影响。结果表明:仅Fenton过程作用时,色度去除率达到98%以上,处理后水样色度小于5;当微电解反应pH控制在4.0时,有大量的白色晶体析出,很容易过滤出去,在工业上有很强的应用价值;实验的最佳条件为pH值为4.0,Fe:C为0.6,时间为12小时,此时COD可以从21860 mg/L下降至4558mg/L,COD的去除率达79.2%。We discussed the effects of pH value, reaction time and the dosage of carbon, iron, hydrogen peroxide and sodium hydroxide on the removal rate of COD though micro electrolysis and Fenton reagent method. The results showed that the removal rate of chromaticity was above 98% only in Fenton process, it was lower than 5. When the pH value of micro electrolysis was controlled at 4.0, there was a great deal of white crystal separated out, and it was easily filtrated, so its application value was very high. The conclusion of this article was that the optimal conditions of this experiment were the pH value was 4.0, the ratio of iron and carbon was 0.6, the reaction time was 12 hours, and the COD from 21860 mg/L dropped to 4558 mg/L, its removal rate was 79.2%.
