摘 要:采用PEG模拟水分胁迫,研究了水分胁迫对汕优63、武育粳3号水稻成苗期的发芽率,及一些重要的抗旱指标,如种苗含水量、细胞膜透性、渗透调节和抗氧化酶等进行研究。结果表明,水分胁迫对不同品种水稻胚根和胚芽的影响有所不同,适当的水分胁迫会促进水稻胚根的生长,抑制水稻胚芽的生长。与对照相比,50 g/L PEG处理的二品种水稻种苗的K+、可溶性糖、蔗糖、脯氨酸含量均上升,其中武育粳3号的K+含量比对照上升75.5%,达显著水平;汕优63的可溶性糖含量上升21.6%,达极显著水平。50 g/L PEG模拟水分胁迫使武育粳3号水稻种苗的SOD、POD和CAT的活性均下降,细胞膜的伤害率达21.28%,丙二醛含量比对照增加16.64%,达显著水平;胁迫处理使汕优63种苗的SOD、POD和CAT的活性上升,细胞膜透性无显著影响,丙二醛含量变化亦不大。PEG simulated water stress experiments were conducted to study the effects of water stress on germination rate of rice variety Shanyou 63 and Wuyujing 3. Some important drought resistance indices, including seed water content, permeability of seedling cell membrane, osmotic regulation, as well as activities of anti oxidant enzymes were investigated. The results showed that embryonic roots and buds of different rice varieties reacted differently to water stress. The growth of embryonic roots was enhanced by moderate water stress but the growth of embryonic buds was inhibited. When treated with 50 g/L PEG rice seedlings of both varieties had increase in K^+ content, soluble sugar, sucrose, and proline. K^+ content in Wuyujing 3 increased by 75.5 %, which was significantly higher than that in control. Sucrose in Shanyou 63 seedlings also increased significantly by 21.6%. On the contrary, 50 g/L PEG simulated water stress decreased the activities of SOD, POD and CAT in rice seedlings of Wuyujing 3, at the membrane damage rate 21.28%. The content of malondialdehyde in seedlings increased by 16. 64% which was significant compared with the control. In terms of Shanyou 63, the activities of SOD, POD, and CAT increased in the treatments of PEG simulated water stress, while no influence was observed on cell membrane permeability or malondialdehyde.
