多层螺旋CT诊断喉部病变的成像技术及其应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨处于初期的喉癌多层螺旋CT(MSCT)成像技术及其应用价值。方法:回顾性分析28例经病理证实的小喉癌患者MSCT资料,评价其图像质量并比较不同窗技术图像及CT仿真喉镜图像对病变的显示情况。结果:所有横断面软组织窗图像1级,所有MPR重建图像2级,所有CT仿真喉镜图像1级,所有图像均能满足临床需要。常规软组织窗显示病变20例(69%),宽窗显示病变24例(81%),CT仿真喉镜显示病变27例(93%)。结论:MSCT能有效显示喉癌,可常规用于喉癌检查。Objective：To investigate the technique and method of MSCT in examination of laryngeal. Methods： MSCT data of 28 patients with laryngeal Carcinomas confirmed pathologically were analyzed retrospectively. Images quality was evaluated and the results obtained with various windows and CT virtual larynscopy were compared. Results： All images and good quality, in 20 cases, 20（69%） could be displayed with conventional soft tissue windows, 24（81%） could be demonstrated with lung windows, and 27（93%） could be demonstrated with CT virtual larynscopy. Conclusion：The multislice CT can effectively demonstrate laryngeal carcinomas, and can be applied routinely in examination of laryngeal carcinomas.
