摘　　要：血脾屏障是脾脏结构和功能的重要组成部分。近年来，血脾屏障逐渐引起人们的重视，有关血脾屏障的研究时常可见报道。本文就血脾屏障结构和功能的相关研究进展做一综述。Blood-spleen barrier is an important part of the structure and function of spleen. In recent years, blood-spleen barrier gradually arouse people＇s attention and was often reported. This review focuses on the research progress of the structure and function of blood-spleen barrier.
