人性照护理论对吸毒者的康复效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨华生人性照护理论对吸毒者的康复效果。方法60例吸毒者随机分为观察组和对照组（各30例），两组均按常规管教，对照组进行一般（支持性）心理护理，观察组实施为期2个月的人性照护管教措施。采用焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、症状自评量表作为评价工具，出院后，分别于2w、1个月和2个月进行随访和尿检。结果干预2个月后，观察组各量表评分明显低于对照组，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．01），在其后的随访中观察组复吸率明显低于对照组，差别亦具有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论华生人性照护理论在吸毒者中的康复应用，不但能利于吸毒者的康复，而且能强化吸毒者的戒毒心理，对预防复吸有一定的积极意义。Objective To study the effect of the theory of human nature care of Jean Watson of rehabilitation on drug abuser. Methods 60 case of drug abusers were divided into study group and control group by random. Study group was given the human care nursing for 2 months. And the effects were evaluated by SAS, SDS, SCL - 90. After they left hospital, they were visited and urintested, at the end of two week, one month and two month. Results The scores of these scales were no different before study, but the different were significant after 2 months and the relapse rate of study group was lower than the control group. Conclusion Using the theory of human nature care of Jean Watson directed the rehabilitation nursing work on drug abuse, It was use of rehabilitation on drug abuser. It was use of preventing to drug again and keeping the personal integrity.
