摘　　要：研究并实现了基于PDA客户端的Sqlserver CE数据库与远程服务器上的Sql server数据库之间的无线数据同步与交换,提出了集成GIS、GPS、GPRS的德阳市数字城管系统原型,通过SQL Server的远程无线访问技术,解决了数字城管巡检PDA端与控制台端的通讯问题,确保了数据传输的高效、准确。This paper introduces the technique of wireless Data Exchanging which realized by the synchronization between the Microsoft SQL Server CE disposed on remote portable device （such as PDA） and the Microsoft SQL Server disposed on Server side. Base on the technique, the Deyang Digital Urban Management System resolves the matter of communication between the remote embedded GIS and Server-side supervising system, assures the efficiency and accuracy of data transfer.
