摘　　要：为了控制VOC的排放,减轻环境的污染,水性涂料日益成为人们关注的焦点。由于外观和环保等因素,汽车用水性金属闪光涂料也逐渐占据汽车涂料市场。分析了汽车水性金属闪光漆的闪光原理。详细阐述了汽车水性金属闪光漆的主要组分及其作用,并介绍了其涂装工艺。同时,对水性金属闪光漆的研究方向及发展前景进行了展望。In order to control emission of VOC in automotive painting and reduce environmental pollution, waterborne coatings has increasingly become the focus of attention. As a result of appearance of automobile and Envi- ronmental restrictions, waterborne metallic basecoat for automobile gradually occupy automotive coatings market. flashing principles of waterborne metallic basecoat for automobile was analyzed. And the main compositions and their functions were described in detail. Coating methods of waterborne metallic basecoat for automobile was also introduced. At last, the research direction and development prospect waterborne metallic basecoat were discussed.
