摘 要:传统的油门控制方式应用范畴疏导限制并缺乏精确性,已经不能满足各种功能测试的要求,针对悬挂式电子油门踏板功能试验要求,设计了悬挂式电子油门踏板功能试验台的系统结构和测控系统,具有创新意义。分别运用Labview和Delphi开发测控系统和分析系统,各路传感器信号高速并行采集。最后给出悬挂式电子油门踏板的试验结果并对结果进行分析,试验结果表明系统性能稳定、重复精度高,并具有广泛的应用前景。The traditional accelerator is short of accuracy and its application is limited so that it cannot meet with the requirements of kinds of relative function tests. According to the demand of hall effect accelerator pedal function test, system structure and design of measurement and control system of the hall effect accelerator pedal function test rig are designed, and it has innovation significance Labview and Delphi are used to develop measurement and control system and analysis system respectively. All sensors can collect paralleling data in high speed. And then test results of the system are given and analyzed, which indicates that performance of the system is steady and there is a high repeated precision. At the same time,it has wide application prospects.
