摘  要:采用毛细管胶束电动色谱模式,在10mmol/L硼砂、60mmol/LSDS、12.5mmol/Lβ-CD的缓冲溶液中,pH7.50,5乙腈作为有机添加剂,毛细管柱长58.5cm(有效长度50cm),25℃,25kV条件下,对睾酮、皮质酮、皮质醇、孕酮等四种激素类物质进行了分离.研究了影响分离的几个关键条件,在22min内实现了四种激素类物质的基线分离.A simple and rapid method for the separation of four hormones (testosterone, corticoserone, cortisol, progesterone) by micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography has been proposed. A 58.5 cm×50 um i. d. (50 cm effective length) untreated fused-silica capillary was used. To optimize the conditions, the background electrolyte concentration, buffer pH, column temperature, voltage and other factors were evaluated. On the basis of the optimization,the separation parameters are as follows. 10mmol/L borate buffer (pH 7. 5), 12. 5 mmol/L β-CD,5 M ACN,voltage 25 kV,column temperature at 25℃ and DAD detection at 254nm. The samples are introduced atmospherically with an injection time of 5 s. The results indicate that the four hormones achieve baseline resolution within 22 min under the conditions proposed with satisfactory results.
