摘　　要：以我国部分城市居民对北京奥运会举办成功主要标准的认知状况为依托,运用文献资料调研、专家访谈、问卷调查、数理统计等方法对我国城市居民对北京奥运会的社会心理期待进行了探讨.结果表明:我国城市居民对北京奥运会举办成功的主要标准有较高的社会认同度,人们对北京奥运会提升国家威望、凝聚民心、推动经济发展、促进民众健康等效能具有较高的心理期待,而对我国的竞技成绩高低及奥运本身赢利与否等问题的关注度则相对较低.This paper inquired social psychological expectations to Beijing Olympic Games of residents in Chinese cities, which based on cognitive conditions of the citizenry on main successful standards of Beijing Olympic Games, by means of documentary investigation, expert interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, etc. As a result, there was a higher identification to main successful standards of Beijing Olympic Games, and urban residents had higher psychological expectations to usefulness of Beijing Olympic Games that promoting chinese international prestige, increasing the cohesion of the chinese nation, propelling the economy forward, and promoting peoples＇healthy than getting sports performance and gaining benefits or not.
