摘　　要：冷连轧活套张力控制的动静态精度对于稳定轧制过程至关重要。在结合活套张力控制原理的基础上设计出1 450 mm冷连轧机活套电气控制系统,详细介绍了活套张力控制系统的控制原理及实现方案,对惯性力矩、弯曲力矩和摩擦力矩进行补偿,随后分析活套的运行情况。实践证明此活套控制系统具有较好的控制效果,满足了工艺上的要求。Dynamic and static precision of looper tension control is very important during stable rolling in tandem cold mill production. Combined with theory of looper tension control, the looper electrical control system of 1450 mm tandem cold mill was designed,and the control scheme and realization of looper tension control system were particularly introduced. Compensated the inertia torque, bend torque and loss torque. And then analyzed the working of looper. Proved that the effect of the looper control system is very well. It fulfills technical request.
