摘　　要：分析了零件结构和工艺性,介绍了内侧90°夹角倒扣零件注射模脱模机构设计,详细介绍了脱模机构的工作过程,并对脱模机构关键尺寸进行核算。实践证明,机构运行平稳,安装调整方便,实现了自动化生产,其结构对同类零件的模具设计制造有借鉴作用。The structure and manufacturability of an upside down part with 90° internal angle was analyzed. The design of the demoulding mechanism of an injection mould for the forming was discussed. The working process was presented and the key dimensions were calculated. The application shows that the mould operates stably and conveniently.
