摘  要:以不同春玉米品种为试验材料,研究氮素用量对春玉米籽粒脂肪及其产量的影响。结果表明,春玉米籽粒脂肪含量的变化趋势为"S"型曲线,不同品种不同氮素用量处理峰值出现的时期不同;吐丝后21d到成熟期,春玉米种胚脂肪含量均表现为高油115最高,且相同处理间,高油115与龙单13、东农250差异较大;成熟期春玉米籽粒脂肪含量均表现为N200>N100>N300>N0,品种间脂肪含量均表现为高油115>龙单13>东农250;单株籽粒产量均表现为N200>N100>N300>N0,籽粒脂肪产量均表现为N200处理最高,N0处理最低,各处理间均达极显著差异;春玉米籽粒脂肪含量与单株籽粒产量在成熟期的相关系数为0.3640,二者呈不显著正相关。The different spring maize cultivated varieties were used in this study. The effect of nitrogen application on the fat and yield in kernels of spring maize was studied. The results indicated that the fat content in kernels presented "S" curve. The time of peak value in different varieties and different nitrogen application was different; from the 21th day after silking to maturity, the fat content in germs presented that high-oil maize 115 was the first, and had a great difference among LD13, DN250 in the same treatment; the content of fat in kernels presented N200〉N100〉N300〉N0 and high-oil maizel15〉LD13〉DN250 at maturity; the yield in kernels per ear presented N200〉N100〉N300〉N0, the fat yield in kernels presented that N200 was the highest and No was the lowest, the treatments had an extreme difference; the correlated coefficient between fat content and yield in kernels was 0.3640, they didn't show significant positive correlation.
