摘 要:试验对由冻土和冻结牛粪中提取到的在低温下具有纤维素降解能力的13株真菌菌株进行了筛选,得到了1株优势菌株F5,其纤维素降解率为49.1%。经数理统计分析,菌株F5与其他处理间差异极显著。该菌株被初步鉴定为小孢霉属(Syzygites ehrenberg),属耐冷菌,其生长条件为好氧、pH6.5~7.5、最佳生长温度20-25℃。该菌株适合作为低温条件下堆肥的外加菌剂使用。Total 13 fungus strains obtained previously from frozen soil and excrement were considered to be able to degrade cellulose at low temperatures. They were screened by determining the cellulose degeneration rate in cow excrement under low temperatures in laboratory. The results showed that strain F5 had the highest cellu- lose degradation rate by 49.1%, which was considered to be the superiority strain among the 13 tested strains according to the statistical analysis. Strain F5 was identified as Syzygites ehrenberg, it was aerobic and its best growing condition was pH 6.5-7.5, 20-25 ℃. The strain was considered to be a suitable inoculant used in composting process under low temperature.
