摘 要:垃圾渗滤液是一种含有多种有机物和无机物的高浓度废水,氨氮浓度高是垃圾渗滤液的重要特征,也是导致垃圾渗滤液处理难度增大的重要原因.研究了垃圾渗滤液中含氮物质消解处理的影响因素.垃圾渗滤液样品100 mL,加5 mL浓磷酸作消解剂,加8 g K2SO4作增温剂,消解时间从沸腾开始加热维持30 min,然后自然冷却至室温.消解处理样品在碱性条件下蒸馏,用1 mol/L的盐酸吸收形成铵根离子.结合流动注射化学发光法进行了垃圾渗滤液总氮含量的测定,是基于在1×10^-2mol/L NaOH溶液的碱性条件下,N-溴代丁二酰亚胺在二氯荧光素作为能量转移剂的增敏作用下氧化氯化铵,产生强烈的化学发光信号.NBS的优化浓度为3×10^-3mol/L,二氯荧光素的优化浓度为2×10^-5mol/L.本化学发光体系的检出限(3σ)为3×10^-9g/mL,测定的线性范围为7.0×10^-9-9.0×10^-6g/mL(r=0.996 4,n=7).使用本法测定垃圾渗滤液样品总氮含量为8.2×10^-3g/mL,回收率大于92.5%,RSD范围为2.9%-4.2%.本法分析结果与常规方法进行对比,结果令人满意.Landfill leachate is one a kind highly concentrated waste water includes many kinds of organic matters and the inorganic substance, the highly concentrated ammonia nitrogen is an important characteristics of landfill leachate, also an important reason which causes highly difficulty in filling city life trash in buries. Through studying the factors which infilence the processing of landfill leachate, we can obtained the best condition of digestion. The digestion processing quite is thorough using the highly concentrated phosphoric acid landfill leachate the digestion 100 mL, medicinal preparation, adding 5 mL and K2SO4 as the wanning medicinal preparation, adding 8 g. The digestion time starts from the ebullition to heat up 30 min, then natural cooling to room temperature. Such digestion processing quite is thorough. Finally the sample starts distillation under the alkalinity condition and we can use, 1 mol/L hydrochloric acid to absorpt forming ammonium root ion. Flow-injection method for determinations of total nitrogen based on the fact N-bromosuccimide can oxidize the sal ammoniac. It can produces strong chemiluminescence, when adapting dichlomfluorescein as the energy transfer medicinal preparation under 1 × 10^-2mol/L alkalinity condition. Under optimized experimental condition, NBS for 3 × 10^-3 mol/L, dichlomfluorescein for 2 ×10^-5 mol/L, limit of detection(3σ ) is 3 × 10^-9 g/mL in this chemiluminescence system, linear range is 7.0 × 10^-9 - 9.0 × 10^-6 g/mL ( r = 0. 996 4, n = 7). Determination of total nitrogen is 8.2 × 10^-3 g/mL in landfill leachate samples with proposal method, recovery rate exceed 92.5%, range of RSD is 2.9 - 4.2%. It has obtained the satisfactory result.
