摘 要:以2-正辛基异噻唑啉酮为原料,通过两步反应合成了一种反应性异噻唑啉酮类抗菌整理剂。性能测试表明,当抗菌整理剂乳液用量达到10%(owf)时,经50次水洗后对大肠杆菌的抗菌率可达到95.90%,表明整理后织物具有优良的抗菌效果和耐洗性能。物理机械性能测试表明,整理前后织物的白度、顶破强力指标变化较小,表明制备的整理剂适宜棉织物的耐久抗菌整理。A kind of reactive isothiazolone antibacterial agent was synthesized with the materials of 2- octyl- isothiazolone through two steps of reactions. The results of tests showed that when the dosage of the antibacterial latex reached 10% ( on weight of fabric, owl), the antibacterial rate of co- lon bacillus was still 95.90% after 50 times laundering. It was sufficient to prove that the treated fabric had excellent antibacterial performance and washing fastness. Furthermore, the physical and mechanical properties, such as white content and bursting strength, of the fabric before and after finishing were not found to have big changes. So the finishing agent synthesized was an excellent durable antibacterial agent for cotton fabric.
