摘  要:分析了压区误差的组成,计算了可控挠度辊辊面挠度的调节范围和中高度,提出了通过加大辊面中度高,改变可控挠度辊辊面挠度的调控区域,降低辊内液压能耗的方法,以及在设计和使用中采用减少辊面和辊端轴承摩擦耗能、降低可控挠度辊辊内液压、应用变频控制液压系统、减小辊面分区加热区域长度和降低加热温升等综合措施,实现大幅度降低可控挠度辊装置系统能耗的目的。Analyzing the composition of pressure area error, calculating the mid-height and adjusting scope of controllable flexible roll, the paper put forward a method through changing regulating controll area of controllable flexible roll and reducing energy consumption of inner roll hydraulics. In addition also using several comprehension measures reducing friction energy consumption between roll surface and roll end bearing; lowering inner roll hydraulies of controllable flexible roll; using frenquency convertion hydraulic pump and decreasing the length of roll surface section area and heating area; and reducing heating temperature-raising. All these measures can reach the purpose to realize greatly reducing the energy comsumption of controllable flexible roll equipment system.
