摘  要:文章对先进的气辅共注成型工艺进行了实验研究,系统研究了熔体注射温度对气辅共注成型过程的气体和芯层熔体穿透形貌的影响规律。研究结果表明,随着芯层熔体注射温度升高,芯层熔体和气体的穿透深度减小,而穿透宽度和穿透厚度则增大,易形成短射。而随着壳层熔体注射温度升高,气体和芯层熔体的穿透深度增大,穿透厚度也增大,但穿透宽度减小。提高壳层熔体注射温度有利于成型出材料分布均匀的多层复合中空塑料制品。The experimental researches of advanced gas-assisted co-injection molding (short for GACIM)were implemented. The influence rules of polymer melt injection temperature on the gas and core melt penetrating pattern of GACIM were studied. The results of research showed, with increasing of the injection temperature of core melt, the core melt and gas penetrating depth reduce, and the gas penetrating width and thickness increase, which results in short shot easily. With increasing of the injection temperature of skin melt, the core melt and gas penetrating depth increase, but the gas penetrating width and thickness reduce.
